Most of you are aware by now that our family is heading off to America for a year’s furlough/sabbatical. We will be leaving on Tuesday afternoon, 13th August and plan to return the first week of August 2020.
We have been serving in England for the past six years, and it is now time for us to go back to America to report into the churches that support us, reconnect with our families, and renew our support base so that we can come back to the UK to continue on with the work the Lord has for us.
During this time, missionary Chris Waye will be leading the church. We are very grateful for how God has used him and his family to help start and grow the church over the years, and I know that God is going to greatly use him during this time.
We are going to miss everyone in the church a great deal. We have made so many wonderful memories and appreciate the many friendships that we have been able to make in our time here.
In August, we are planning to come back to the church and continue on with the work of making disciples and reaching out with the gospel. We are excited about what the Lord is going to do in the days that lie ahead, and we are praying for Him to open many doors for the gospel.
