Hey folks, greetings to you all in the name of the Lord Jesus. I want to say how thankful I am to the Lord for you all, and my prayer is that you would continue to abide in Christ and to grow in grace and in the knowledge of Him. Here’s a little weekly update:
On Tuesday, the work at Colchester continued with Travis and Sam spending the day there to do outreach, work on a few things around the building, and do a Bible Study on the evening. We want to praise the Lord for the contact with Essex University CU, they will be joining the evening service this coming Sunday, Lord willing.
On Wednesday, Travis travelled to the US to attend to a few ministry needs. Please pray for him as he works there for just a little over a week. On Wednesday evening, Sam taught through Revelation 11. Please come and join us for our weekly Bible Study if you are able to – every Wednesday at 7:00 PM.
On Thursday (yesterday), the ladies had an afternoon tea party. Thank you so much to the Snode ladies for organising and for everyone who contributed and turned up. It’s amazing to see how the Lord is knitting His people closer together though such events.
On Saturday (tomorrow), we have our weekly Bible Institute at 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM, followed by our weekly Community Outreach at 11:15 AM.
On Sunday, we have our weekly services. We have the Small Groups at 10:30 AM, followed by our Morning Worship Service at 11:30 AM. Please don’t forget that we have started our Evening Worship Services as well at 5:00 PM, where we’re doing and overview of the books of the Bible.
Here are some things to make note of and look forward to:
- Men’s Meal – Friday 15th October at 7:00 PM. We plan to meet in Bromley.
